Product Description

A high-performance water-cooled screw chiller designed for commercial and industrial applications. This energy-efficient system features customizable options including acid-proof, anti-corrosion, frequency conversion, and explosion-proof configurations.

Key Features:

Selected imported brand-name semi-hermetic screw compressors and semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors
Excellent performance with low noise operation
Configurable as single or multiple machine combinations based on cooling requirements
Automatic compressor alternation balances operating hours and extends service life

Evaporator:

The evaporator features copper tubes with internal and external threaded reinforcement. The smooth outer surface enhances cooling efficiency, while 25mm thick PE insulation prevents condensation and reduces cooling capacity loss.

Condenser:

Constructed with imported trapezoidal low help copper pipes for superior heat transfer. The smooth surface minimizes water pressure and simplifies maintenance.

Protection System:

Comprehensive safety features including temperature control switch, antifreeze switch, fusible bolt, high/low pressure switches, overload protector, compressor overheating protection, and abnormal indicator lights.

Control System:

Advanced PIC/PC-level computer control system enables remote monitoring and operation with simple controls and direct power connection.
