Our water-cooled chiller adopts advanced vapor-compression refrigeration cycle technology, which efficiently removes heat from the injection molding mold and hydraulic system through a high-performance heat transfer process — water, as a superior heat transfer medium, ensures faster heat dissipation and more stable cooling effect compared to air-cooled alternatives, even in high-ambient temperature workshops or high-heat injection molding scenarios. With precise temperature control accuracy of ±0.5℃ to ±1℃, it effectively maintains the optimal temperature of the mold, avoiding product defects such as shrinkage marks, warpage, and uneven surface caused by uneven cooling, thereby improving product qualification rate and reducing production waste significantly.
